This B6 light-brown oil-leather cover combines soft flexibility with daily resilience, making it ideal for frequent use. Handmade in Japan, it features a writing-friendly structure with smooth internal sleeves to hold your notebook securely.
The leather is vegetable-tanned using traditional Japanese methods, then oil-treated by hand to preserve its natural grain and enhance its durability. This process results in a leather that feels supple from the start, yet gains richness and depth with every touch. Its surface records use, deepening in tone and character as the years unfold.
Founded by husband and wife craftspeople Makoto and Yoshimi Kawai in 2007, all of The Superior Labor’s products are made entirely by hand in a former schoolhouse-turned-workshop located in the mountains of Okayama Prefecture.
