Gelish Blooming Gel is a special gel that encourages gel polish colors you paint on top of it to spread. It helps you to achieve water-color, airbrushed, marble, stripe, and flower designs over any of the gel colors. Size: 15ml – 1/2oz

How to apply:

After applying the second coat of Gelish Gel polish and curing, apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel, do not cure. With a dotting tool or brush, apply the desired color to achieve the blooming nail art effect. Cure for 30 seconds. Finish with Gelish Top Coat.
