Description
Midori MD Notebook Cotton F2 is a new addition to the MD notebook range. Made with 20% cotton pulp, it was designed specifically with artists in mind.
MD Paper Cotton was developed in 2013 using fibres are finer and longer than pulp, giving it a luxuriously soft texture. Cotton paper is extremely durable and preservable, and has long enjoyed a reputation as high-quality paper. It is resistant to feathering and show through, making it ideal for all writing and drawing instruments including paints and fountain pens.
This Midori MD Cotton notebook is a size F2 and measures H240xW190mm. Incidentally, the F stands for “figure”, which is the French standard that is based on the golden ratio for portraits and other pictures. This cotton notebook also has more pages – 200 compared to 176 for the regular Midori notebook.
The pages are thread bound, which gives superior strength, while allowing the notebook to lie perfectly flat and stay open. A bookmark string and label stickers are included.
